You agree that we and our service providers may contact you using an auto-dialer or prerecorded message calls and text messages to carry out the purposes we have identified above. We may share your phone number(s) with service providers with whom we contract to assist us in pursuing these interests, but will not share your phone number(s) with third parties for their own purposes without your consent. Standard telephone minute and text charges may apply. In the event that you change your phone number, it is your responsibility to notify our office of the change of phone number.

If you initiate email communication with Credit-Check or any employee of Credit-Check, this email is considered express permission and a request to communicate with our office via email. For your privacy, certain documents may not be available in this form. If you provide private information to a third party, you will assume all responsibility for sharing that information and Credit-Check is not responsible.

Credit-Check provides you with access to your collection balance(s) and provides several payment options. The services, including any updates, and/or addition of new accounts, are subject to terms of use. This website has been prepared and is maintained solely for the purpose of providing information about Credit-Check and the payment options offered by the company. Credit-Check reserves the right to add, modify, or delete any information on this website at any time, with our without notice.

Unless otherwise specified, the services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may NOT modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, or services obtained from the information.

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO PROVIDE PII THROUGH THE CREDIT-CHECK WEBSITE?

If you do not want to provide PII through our website, you can contact our office via mail, phone, fax or visit our office and speak with an employee.

WHAT IF I WANT TO REQUEST MY INFORMATION TO BE AMENDED?

If you notify Credit-Check that our information regarding you is factually incorrect, we will update our records to reflect your amendments. We will deny requests to change your PII if the information you want changed is not factually correct. Your PII is available on our website and is available for your review at most times unless maintenance is being performed on our site.
